MPR Rquirements
Under the Resource Sustainability Act (RSA) and Mandatory Packaging Reporting (MPR) requirements, companies are required to report if they:
- Conduct business activities involving the supply of packaged products in Singapore
- Import or use specified packaging for those products
- Have an annual turnover exceeding S$10 million.
